Log dashboards

A dashboard is a saved grid of widgets — count, line or bar over a dataset query — in the app under Logs → Boards.

Status: the boards UI ships with the dashboard (chat 3); boards storage is being assigned an owner (tracked in the coverage checklist). Widgets run the same query parameters as Query logs — no separate query language.
