Migrate from FiveMerr

FiveMerr users: the migration wizard S3 source covers bucket-based exports; if your FiveMerr plan gives you an API token instead, use the Fivemanage-shaped source — the importer reads the same file/log shapes. Either way the finish is identical: fresh Spawnbase token, the two-line FiveM config change, and a downloadable URL map for rewriting stored links.
